Viktoria joined I.C.P. Capital Partners in 2015. She focuses particularly on monitoring and identifying investment opportunities and their implementation. Previously, she gained experience in transaction advisory at Ernst & Young in Stockholm and in Prague. Mainly, she oriented on a deals in Central Europe and Former Yugoslavia countries for both strategic and financial investors with the focus on power & utility and consumption goods industries.

Viktoria studied Economics and Financial at Charles University in Prague and holds PhDr degree in Financial markets and econometrics from Institute of Economic Studies in Prague.

His experience derives from two years spent at Deloitte in Prague and in Stockholm where he performed as an analyst in M&A Transaction Services. Prior that he worked  two years in CSOB (part of KBC Group) as a credit risk advisor. Marek graduated in Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University in Prague.

Martin is a specialist in designing, structuring and promoting alternative investment funds and financial instruments to advance private clients’ needs and public policy objectives. He is a financial expert and has deployed his financial skills very broadly in the context of the European Structural and Investment Funds and the new Alternative Investment Funds regulation. As a professional with long-developed consulting skills, he combines deep financial expertise with a client-focused approach.

Martin has been the principal author of the overall concept for the implementation of the EU financial instruments in the Czech Republic, as part of a working group at the Ministry of Finance. He follows his role of General Commissioner for Innovative Financial Instruments (Commissioner of the Government of the Czech Republic as a part of a team of four other experts supervising the preparation of the 2014 – 2020 programming period). His role included participation in the preparation of the 2014-20 partnership agreement with the European Commission and operational programs in the Czech Republic. He advised the Government Office on financial & capital market regulatory and optimization issues. He was an external member of the National Economic Council (Government advisory body) and he is a co-author of the Strategy of Competitiveness of the Czech Republic (financial markets section).

He is a member of the Jessica Investment Board in the Moravia Silesia Region, and of the Committee for Commercialization of Brno University Technical. In 2011 Martin founded a non-profit organization called Czech Republic for Finance (CRFF), similar to Luxembourg for Finance and also the Czech Innovation non-profit organization, supporting the innovation culture in the Czech Republic.

Ondrej focuses primarily on advising clients on large-scale commercial transactions and he is an expert in cross-border transactions and international taxation. He also specializes in laws governing management companies and investment funds and in taxation law. In this respect, he provides legal advice concerning the possibility of using a private capital investment fund and the selection of the most suitable type of private capital investment fund. Ondrej co-authored the “Commentary on the Czech Civil Code”.
